Headington Fairtrade Co-operative Limited has been established by a group of experienced and committed 'fairtraders' to open an independent fairtrade shop in the Headington shopping centre. Read more about the co-operative.The principal activity will be selling fairtrade and similar goods from shop premises located on London Road in the main shopping centre of Headington, Oxford. An extensive range of fairtrade products will be stocked, including food, beverages, crafts, gifts and stationery. Read more about fairtrade products.
The success of the venture will depend on a dedicated band of volunteers, many of whom will serve in the shop. Other volunteers will be involved in 'back-room' activities such as ordering stock, pricing and displaying goods, and book-keeping. Read more about how to get involved.
